September Begins

Hello All,
We hope this posting finds you safe, happy, and healthy. August has come and gone and we didn't even notice it. It appears that we will be spending at least every other weekend up in Granbury until the wedding date. This weekend has been great because Laura's brother and sister-in-law, Tim and Nell, came down to visit. We were able to visit everything having to do with art in this entire town...yes we mean EVERYTHING! we visited the San Antonio Museum of Art, ArtPace, the McNay Art Museum, and the Bluestar Art District. While dining at Liberty Bar, we were introduced to some of Nell's friends who originated in Dallas but have lived here for 12 years...so needless to say they have taken upon the impossible task of proving to us that San Antonio is worthy of our residence. We will hear their pleas, their pros, and their arguments...and we will probably not stay... but to Sheridan and Lara we say good luck and bring it on! For the rest of you, we will keep you posted.
